作為代表性的紙盒有屋頂盒結(jié)構(gòu)的紙盒、牛皮紙盒、牛皮飲料杯等。其結(jié)構(gòu)分為聚乙烯／卡紙／聚乙烯三層。所用的卡紙從250g/㎡-400g/㎡具體根據(jù)紙盒的大小、形狀以及內(nèi)容物重量來選定。

這些紙盒所用的卡紙是通過擠壓機(jī)在卡紙的正反面進(jìn)行聚乙烯的擠壓成型加工制成的。由于紙與聚乙烯在堿溶液當(dāng)中比較容易剝離或分離，使得紙張成分的再生容易實(shí)現(xiàn)。紙盒的再生利用得以實(shí)現(xiàn)，除了上述所言的紙張成分容易再生的因素外，還有一個(gè)原因就是實(shí)際上只使用原漿來生產(chǎn)紙盒用卡紙。

The cardboard used in these cardboard boxes is made by extruding polyethylene on both sides of the cardboard using an extruder. Oxygen, water vapor, and light are the reasons for the deterioration of the packaging content. One method to increase the barrier performance of the cardboard box is to composite it with aluminum foil. This method can make the cardboard box have the function of blocking oxygen, water vapor, and light. The paper box is made of aluminum foil composite, and the contents can be stored for a long time.

利用適合顧客需要的印刷方法，在經(jīng)過擠壓機(jī)層壓加工制成的紙盒用卡紙表面進(jìn)行印刷加工。主要的印刷方法包括凹印和膠印，大批量的場合采用凹印，小批量的場合采用膠印，不過有時(shí)是按滿足設(shè)計(jì)的要求來選擇印刷方法的。印刷完畢的卡紙經(jīng)模壓模切制成所需的展開形狀，接著通過一臺火焰密封設(shè)備，利用其氣體火焰使聚乙烯熔融在卡紙正反面的紙邊部分，將卡紙正反面的邊緣相互粘合而制成紙盒。

Using printing methods that are suitable for customer needs, the cardboard surface of the paper box made by laminating with an extruder is printed and processed. The main printing methods include gravure printing and offset printing. Gravure printing is used in large quantities, while offset printing is used in small quantities. However, sometimes the printing method is selected based on meeting design requirements. The printed cardboard is molded and cut into the desired unfolded shape. Then, through a flame sealing device, the gas flame is used to melt polyethylene on the edges of the front and back sides of the cardboard, and the edges of the front and back sides of the cardboard are bonded together to form a paper box.

對于咖啡、飲料類的對紙具有高滲透性的內(nèi)容物而言，紙盒的邊緣部一旦與飲料等接觸，就會因內(nèi)物液體的滲透使紙盒的強(qiáng)度變差，產(chǎn)生泄漏乃至損壞。因此，通過粘貼紙帶或者將紙折疊來防止紙邊緣與內(nèi)容物液體相接觸。通過這樣的方法，加上前面提到的增加阻隔性能的結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了飲料紙杯能在常溫下的流通以及長期保存。

Therefore, by pasting paper tape or folding the paper to prevent the edges of the paper from coming into contact with the liquid content. Through this method, combined with the previously mentioned structure that increases barrier performance, the beverage paper cup can circulate at room temperature and be stored for a long time.

使用鋁箔雖然為紙盒飲料的長期保存提供了可能，但會造成原紙的再生困難、還會導(dǎo)致焚燒紙容器時(shí)其中的鋁箔損壞焚燒爐的事故發(fā)生。通過采用替代鋁箔的阻隔材料，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)既能環(huán)保又能長期保存的全面要求。典型的替代用阻隔材料如EVO（ 乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物）和硅真空鍍膜。

Although the use of aluminum foil provides the possibility for long-term preservation of paper box beverages, it can cause difficulties in regenerating the original paper and also lead to accidents where the aluminum foil inside the paper container is damaged in the incinerator during incineration. By using barrier materials that replace aluminum foil, comprehensive requirements for both environmental protection and long-term preservation can be achieved. Typical alternative barrier materials such as EVO (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) and silicon vacuum coating.
